Internal Anoka County Ideas That Were Implemented and Successful

- Cash in Lieu of Bonding (stopped borrowing money)
-Rapid repayment of Debt (190 million 12 years ago.  Now 30 million)
-Self-Insurance Health Care Insurance (saves 2.5 million dollars annually)
-Voluntary Separation / Early Retirement (saves 5 million dollars annually)
